I know the cap is 1 million , but I see a lot of people over it so let’s say they have 500k 1st snap 750k 2nd 1 mil 3rd 1.25mil 4th & 1.5 mil 5th snapshot .... does the average become 1 million ? Or they do not count anything above 1 mil in any snapshot ? Basically my question is it 1 mil average for phase or 1 mil cap per snap

If we buy ACT tokens, Can we still get any dividends for holding the tokens? and do we have to hold them in any specific wallet of any exchange supports the forks and dividends??

How are the air drops determined — is it whenever a dev is ready they will air drop coins to achain holders or does it need to be coordinated? Ultimately, from a hodling perspective, is it reasonable to expect multiple air drops from several devs in a single month when ACT has matured and many devs are realeasing their platforms? Thanks.
