I am glad to be patient and keep AEON coins and for a year got almost 100% profit, I hope the year 2018 could be like this year, the price reaches at least 100 k. Let's dev. give the new inovation.

Here is modified version of my monero-stratum for Aeon: https://github.com/sammy007/monero-stratum/tree/aeon
This is personal solo mining stratum for your farm, you only need it if your daily pool payouts are equal to amount of several blocks rewards or you are mining for fun (don't care about big variance hits).

The installation instructions are pretty straight forward if you will follow README.

I am pondering how Aeon will be different from Monero after the code rebase. Will smooth include RingCT? I hope not right away, that would make the blocks bigger than normal. For now all we need is a smooth running protocol.
IIRC smooth was waiting for ringct optimisations, no idea if he is going to schedule a HF to ringct right after rebase, maybe there is still a room for optimisations.

If anything useful comes out of this spike and popularity hopefully it motivates smooth to update the wallet.
AEON was at 30k sat more than 1 year ago, now it's at 50K sat. Nothing spiked, it's just a leg up on it's way to $5-10.

I'll go to any chat but not to minergate moderated chat. Had a horrible experience with them on top of that if you raise your voice they simply mute your account.
