I received some PMs asking about orphans. Yes there are some orphans with this coin, but it is a trade-off. The diff swing is a very good thing for mining without a mining pool, everyone will be able to get some blocks. But unfortunately at the very low diff, many people compete for the blocks, it's like the situation where a coin is just launched, so you may get some orphans there.
We still need to see if people like this algorithm, but it is one of a kind that does not exist in other coins. Personally I think it is good as at least I am able to get blocks all the time even the hash rate is pretty high.
