This will be launched by the end of October 2017.”  As for the issue of regulations Al Sehli explains, “We will apply proper know-your-customer and AML protocols when exchanging fiat to crypto. The PalmX will also deal with tokenized cash and hence the strong relationship with the recently launched Jibril network.” He adds, “We look forward to working and partnering with other startups in Blockchain as we don’t want to reinvent the wheel. In addition Jibril is also one of our first clients.”

In an article today, the co-founder of Arabian Chain talks about a future AC ICO? What? I'm not sure I like the sound of that.

It is strange how people are starting to overreact so fast, this is market and things do take time, and what to talk of stocks which take 10 years around time, so what's the issue of waiting for some months, but never go towards years because  it has already been 1.5 years since dubaicoin launched.
And about BTC all i can say is the little gains there are and that too very risky and btc may lose it's shine if ethereum or some other coin like dbix starts overtaking

Statements like these are ridiculous and shed a bad light on a project. Price discussions in general a pretty odd. The price is determined by the market, and that doesn't mean which exchange something is trading on but a working product, userbase and partnerships. Patience is key.

Don't follow the mass and fomo.

gdbix.exe is ok
now start it and leave it, after some time it will continue importing blocks
if after 30min max nothing happens, then save your keystore and remove Dubaicoin from AppData and start gdbix.exe. It will start from the first block, it will take a while, but you will have whole fresh database.
keep me informed if it is ok

download latest release, go to bin and start gdbix.exe from there and wait to start sync ( don't open dbixwall.exe until sync finished )

I can't sync my wallet over the block 90.000, i've tried all solutions, open gdbix before and after, add nodes in .bat file, delete --fast and it's impossible.
When they will update the wallet?
