Where are you getting 2 million from? The stats page says 1075900.0 AXR.

I am sorry but I have to disagree with you. When POW is over, price will increase as will demand for the coin. Admitting the need for help is not a weakness, but rather a sign of growth. If I am seeking an extra developer it is because the coin has grown.
