Coins like WBB, START, QSLV, ROS those will still be there in 2017, BNT won't.

Pure scam... let me gues in 12 months there won't be any BNT on Bittrex.... only REAL coins stay on Bittrex, how many crazy pump coins hit Bittrex and disappear after a few months.... Invest in old coins and you will get returns, invest in those new scam coins and you lose.

Wow there is nearly 80 btc of volume on Bittrex.  That is obviously fake volume to promote the coin.  One question, if you can afford to buy enough of this coin for the pledge and the holdings why not just go buy some bitcoin instead ??

Looks like we have another GRID coin. Coming from nowhere with huge volume, we all know what this means... Time to cash out or left behind.

Either the Dev or one of his trolls we're spamming about this coin in the Polo Trollbox. He got a quick warning from one of the mods but continued to spam and was eventually banned. With that said.

No way this coin will ever hit Polo.  The paid hype troll did shed light that this coin is a scam.

So you buy coins low price, take the loan (IF the man accept to grant the loan, which he doesn't have to) then buy more coins at still low price and sell them when price is high? Then repay the loan and do it again?
You know what it is? It's just an elaborated ponzi scheme. The newcommer pay higher the bnt in order for you to repay the loan. Then price goes higher and higher.

This coin IS a ponzi, a huge one. And you're all going in head first saying "no everything is normal, you're just too dumb to understand".

Then if you understand it, that whenever op stops giving loan or dump his coins, price will crash as hell and the op will laugh with his btc, go on. No different from doublecoin.org, just more sophisticated.

to me it is simple if you want loan and have bnt you come here and ask for loan if loans are open
if you do not need loan then this coin not for you

price high, sell at exchange price low, take loan buy more bnt at cheap price then sell higher price and repay loan and take profit like as if you shorted, only a smart person will understand it if you do not then you should not involve i think, leave us here who know it

Can anyone just give me ONE reason to create a new coin to be used as a collateral? There is absolutely NO reason to create that! It's not even a good idea!!!! not talking about the shady dev, it's just not a good idea to create a coin which sole purpose is collateral ><

It's like taking a normal currency and saying ok I gonna create the same thing but it will be used in les way. Same object, fewer options.

To those who have just caught on, The Bantam Project pledges to furnish a fixed amount of loans, every 24 months.

In order to back these loans, we are accepting Bantam (BNT) as collateral.

This opens the door to a new era of crypto currencies where the focus isn't on some newfangled technology, but on the actual use of digital currencies as a medium of commerce. BNT acts as a lubricant of digital commerce that will ultimately allow each and every person involved in digital currencies to prove their own, or disprove another's credit worthiness.
