so are you really surprised at the response?

No, not really. Such aggressive and unprofessional response was precisely what you would expect from a desperate and pathetic ponzi operation. Therefore, since we have no idea whether it is a ponzi or not there is no surprise at all to read such a response.

So now we would just need to find out whether a bunch of wankers run a ponzi in Leicestershire and Worcester or honest professionals operate a sustainable business. I can't wait Banx will let us verify Byron P's claims and prove this is an honest and sustainable business operation.

Zsp im worried about you pal. I bet you still think bitcoin is a ponzi scheme.
I like how you are here spouting utter trollishness yet you follow ico copy paste coins and give support clap clap clap. Cant you politley fck off back to your copy paste coins that you support. And let us get on with building this crypto business?

What we are you talking about?
If you mean "we" = existing investors, then we're good, we don't need you to visit, we've done our research thanks, and we know the numbers you are referring to...well, that you are obsessing about, are not relevant until the ICO is over.

If you mean you, then again, why bother, you've said you're broke, so not even a potential investor.

Either way, you're doing a great job of wasting your twilight years, so move on Smiley

@zsp I have seen you have responded to the PM from Mark so if you would like to get in touch with us and let us know when you want to come and see us we will get it all arranged for you. Please drop me an email at [email protected] and we will make the necessary arrangements for you.

Thanks

Simon
where Banx.io 695 BTC profit, BitBanx 546 BTC profit and Banx Mint Software 288 BTC came from?

Where do you even get these numbers from? Here? http://banxcapital.com/investors/
You realise, like I and most other "reasonable" people have, these are estimated profits once the ICO has been fully funded?
I think you are being pretty petty and unreasonable.

Also, re-read your very first post

You must be joking about the due diligence right? Here, at http://marklyford.com/business/ are listed Mark Lyford's "businesses". His only businesses are these crypto ventures.

Can I ask, how many shill accounts and sockpuppets run here by he lead developer Byron P? The projection of blind fate in Banx by a few accounts indicates there are quite a few shill accounts and sockpuppets operate here.

You come accross as quite the dickhead there, so are you really surprised at the response?

Suggestion.
Enjoy your retirement, go out, it's summer, why waste time on here.

Firstly, just let me note here that it says a lot about your operation that you, Simon whoever you are and your CEO Mark Lyford have taken no issues whatsoever with the language and attitude of your member of staff Byron P lead developer nor you find unacceptable his behaviour and the fact that he was publicly threatening and trying to intimidate me in this thread. Nevertheless, this is pretty much the expected reaction from a company who collect money by offering dividends based on some "business ideas" and vaporware software "portfolio" such as the ATM and casino/betting software.

As for the meeting, we will need to keep the communication in the public domain so the community can benefit from our meeting and whatever information that meeting will reveal. The crypto community should now if you run a pathetic ponzi or a very honest and sustainable operation, and I hope our meeting will answer that question.

In order to achieve that, we will not stick to your agenda and that the meeting should be all about to "see what we do", all right? Following Byron P threats and claims about Banx "honest" operation we will need more than to go through on your marketing material - we are all familiar with that already. Instead of we will have to see where Banx.io 695 BTC profit, BitBanx 546 BTC profit and Banx Mint Software 288 BTC came from? I am sure you agree that we will have to verify Byron P's claims about the honest operation by reviewing your books as well as make available that information to the crypto community.
I am telling you right now, I am not interested in your bollocks about the 280K software. I started to work as a graduate software engineer (at the time it called computer programmer) well before most of you nice Banx people born and I saw so many bollocks about intellectual property valuation during my life in software that I certainly won't waste your valuable time by listening about how fantastic your MS SQL based solution is nor you need to explain the endless potential of your revolutionary software.
We will need to stick to the agenda of evaluating whether your operation is sustainable or not, whether the profit is originated from a legit business operation or not, to conclude whether it is a pathetic ponzi or not.

As I said earlier here is my BTC address

1PMAWVV6NeJKPo8igvY3EwJpi8q8Nf46CR

and since your member of staff stated that he will "even pay for your ass to come here" send me the travel expenses, and then I will be in your office this week.

Now, I am still waiting that you act and not only talk with regards to the travel expenses, you remember what your bulked up cyber fighter lead developer - who is so pissed off and so ready for a fight - said about even pay for the travel expenses.

@zsp seeing as you are in the UK would it not be better if you checked your private messages... Mark has sent you one offering to pay for your train ticket and a hotel up here so you can come and see our offices rather than you flying all the way over to the US just to see our lead developer and not meet the rest of the team... Personally I think it would be wiser if you were to come into our main offices and meet everyone and have a chat with us all. We can bring Byron in on Skype if you really want to meet him as well though...

Just a thought Wink

Are you fucking kidding me... you have some balls on you buddy. I have been nothing but 100% honest with everyone over the years and for a little shit like you to even remotely question who I am or if I would bother wasting my time with childish shit like having more than 1 account only proves that you are a fool that has no idea who you are fucking with. So consider this a warning from me personally and rest assured as thousands others will tell you I don't mess around. If you want to meet me or talk please feel free to come by or call me my information is easy to find you little shit.

Ohh and BTW mark has more businesses than just the crypto ones however he doesn't list them on that site because of the fact that they are not BANX related. Just like I do more than just waste my time fucking around with morons like you.

Happy now you wanted to piss me off now I'm pissed off and looking for a fight please come meet me i'll even pay for your ass to come here!!!!

To be honest, I was not looking for a fight at all. I am quite old and physically not a strong man and I have never fought anyone, but yes we should meet in this case and you will explain to the little shit and moron (who is according to you apparently me) what you are up to my friend. It was a very simple question from me: how many sockpuppets and shills support the "sale process" of Banx Shares in here, because frankly, it seemed just unreal that many hero and senior accounts fall for this "portfolio" and would invest hundreds of thousands in such "portfolio"

http://banxcapital.com/our-businesses/

Most businesses there only ideas (ATM, loan, casino, etc), and none of them is returning there profit what described at

http://banxcapital.com/investors/

We both know my friend that using on the investment money Banx.io didn't return 695 BTC profit from a sustainable operation, BitBanx didn't return 546 BTC profit from a sustainable operation, Banx Mint Software didn't return 288 BTC profit from a sustainable operation. Since the businesses of Banx Share portfolio aren't operational yet, the the profit must come from somewhere else than Banx Share portfolio. In case if the investment money was used to pay that profit then that isn't a sustainable operation. The keyword is the sustainable. Since you claim that you pay out profit from a legit business, the source of profit must be a sustainable operation.

So yes, we will sit down in your office my good friend who seems (from such professional replies) a level headed persons, and you will have to prove that you indeed do "things that are honest, moral, and secure." We will check out your books and you will show me my friend where the profit is coming from, after all you are the man of your words and an honest professional, don't you?

please come meet me i'll even pay for your ass to come here!!!!

That's great! I am a pensioner with very little pension and yes, send me the money for the train ticket and 1 night hotel. I am based in London so you can calculate the train ticket cost and I don't need a luxury hotel, Holiday Inn will be fine. I think 1 BTC will cover the expenses with regards to the trip which you offered to me. My BTC address is

1PMAWVV6NeJKPo8igvY3EwJpi8q8Nf46CR

I am sure the fine gentlemen of this thread will see that around 1 BTC will arrive to that address very soon from Byron P lead developer who do "things that are honest, moral, and secure".

I am telling you now, if turns out this is a Ponzy then I will call the police straight away from your office. If it turns out it is a legit and honest operation than you carry on by providing a great return on investment with your honest and legit operation.

It seems Byron P lead developer, professional member of the staff at Banx has not paid yet to get "my ass" to his office to prove "things that are honest, moral, and secure".

Are you a man of your word Byron P lead developer and willing to meet me in your office or not?

Why are there so many fat sell orders ?

Also there are rumors once you buy Banx Shares its impossible to trade out of it on your exchange.

Once people buy shares from us they are free to sell them. However if private investor are buying large amounts of shares they come to us rather than buying directly off the exchange as we can offer discounts on larger amounts (most of these shares have a 12 month hold on them). Hence the low trading volumes on the exchange. Once we on the Bitshares Exchange network many other trading options will be opened up to traders.

Hope that helps
