MarkLyford,

Why buy fake followers?  Grin

7,523 Real
84,226 Fake

This is an outright scam and he's trading with himself so anyone buying this crap can't expect to get anything back. Except for % dividends he is paying from the same BTC he has collected through ICO. Where else would it come from? There is no transparency here, just some shady guy claiming to have done millions. I doubt people have invested much more than $100,000 here. The rest is phony.

I'm sure this guy knows better he seems quite intelligent. He's posted his pictures, has a LinkedIn page with more info etc... Also you can't hide anywhere these days. Especially from certain people/groups. Mark knows better than to cross good people.

I have no real problem with Banx in fact i take my divi in shares and have a substantial holding that for me is a long term investment. The only thing I can say bad about it, though it does not affect me, is the ICO should have a certain time to it not an open ended thing like it is.

@MarkLyford

Thank you for this update... www.banx.io is looking great and shows you guys are hard at work.

1. What does the ICO phase mean?

2. When does this phase end?

3. If we invest now what is the difference of us investing after ICO phase?

4. How are the companies goals being reached for funding if people can sell their shares ? ...wont that effect the price?

5. Do we need to sell or do anything after the ICO phase or do the BanX shares we purchase now still work after ICO ends?

6. I am currently working on bringing a BTC ATM service into a 3rd world country. I was looking at the Robocoin ATMs http://romit.io/cashier   --- why not make a banx.io/cashier ..your vision is much better...Are the BanX ATMS going be set up so people can purchase there own ATM and manage their BanX atm business similar to Robocoin ATM service?

This is a very powerful and interesting vision you have for the Crypto world. We can see it now an entire eco system of BanX products. Android apps etc...you have a crazy vision brother. Crypto needs this.

We will see what happens I guess. We will be watching before we throw any serious cash at this. Very excited to find out about the platinum thing happening at the end of the month as well. We are really looking forward to the intro videos you said you are working on for potential investors to watch as well.

As for UI suggestions for banx.io if you seriously want to compete in this game take a look at poloneix exchanges UI. its the best hands down. your vision and plan is better.. Aim for that and higher.

Thank you Mark.

I can see this being a massive boost to this project.
If half the shares have been sold so far, I don't see the remainder hanging about for too long.
Ps looking forward to my imminent dividend payment Cheesy

Padrino, as you are fully aware you did a deal with an existing holder of Banx direct to get your Banx shares, nothing to do with me or Banx Capital.

Therefore your comments are unfounded.

I have publicly stated we are offering private investors discounts for large purchases of shares which they lock in for at least 12 months. We are concentrating on selling the remaining of the Banx shares to enable us to grow our business and develop our plans. Its a simple thing.

The offer of purchasing shares from a few people last year was a one off offer.

Again you own no share of any company you own a crypto based asset which pays profits monthly.

Maybe you should take up any issues you have with the person you purchase your banx shares from two months ago ?

As you know you per paid profits in BTC last month which make your investment a worthwhile thing. You are free to list your shares on banx.io for sale.

And one last clarification. We are only selling Banx shares to private investors, all shares for sale on the exchange are for sale buy people wanting to sell them. not us.

Fraud is a big word. Who exactly is getting defrauded? the trades you see are from private sales. If banx is turning over a fake volume does this effect you as a share holder? Those extra fees are being reflected in your dividend payouts still. The exchange is trying to keep a steady volume turnover to keep the exchange in the public eye. now lets be honest here is there a crypto exchange that hasnt played the volume up a bit to gain custom? i doubt it.
And its working as the exchange is naturally growing now and so are my dividends.

Ohh so as long as you are getting paid right now it's alright for them to be dishonest? If they want to log private sales they should log them separately, not intermingled with the exchange to produce fake exchange volume. Good to see you don't have much integrity as well, so others have done it in the past, and you are getting paid, must be alright then?

No one is forcing you to invest in Banx. If it isn't for you and you can't see the opportunity and are happy with other pump and dump coins then stick to those. If you want to invest in a real company with real people turning a real profit then jump on board while the price is still low...

In reality the only people wanting to sell heir shares are people that need a quick cash injection because they over stretched themselves when investing or they had unexpected bills. Everyone else is happy with the way things are going and the profit payouts...

All the private sales of shares are done through the exchange because that is where shares need to be held in order to receive profit payouts each month. Not everyone that is investing wants to go through the process of getting a local wallet and then having to transfer them to the exchange each month so it is easier for them to receive their shares on the exchange. Simple as that!

If you don't like it then don't invest, no one is forcing you to. For you to come here and start trolling isn't helping anyone though!

Trolling? I don't think so, I am asking serious questions.. As requested by you two days ago I replied to your PM with details but never received anything back, so yes I took to the thread given that was my only outlet.

I submitted a partial sell only AFTER I noticed your trade history on the site was bogus, so I could watch what happened.. If you need to use the exchange then mark the trades as private that are in fact private so you don't mislead current and potential investors as to the nature of the volume on the exchange..

Instead of trying to be better than all of the others you seem to be content to do the same, and instead of acknowledging that it is confusing, all I get back is a bullshit reason, which could be dealt with simply by marking those off exchange trades as what they are, off exchange trades.

In short I couldn't get out if I wanted to so I am here and will be here for a while, I read all of your materials before initially jumping in and was quite supportive, even excited at the opportunity however issues like the one with how you use the trade history on the exchange are misleading to the community at large.

I'm not sure how you got involved in banx shares, but if you do not wish to be a holder any more feel free to let me know and we will address the issue.

One of the users on the forums reminded me of this post, I had forgot until I was discussing selling my shares..

Connected with Mark via Skype, definitely a pleasant guy to talk to but sounds like the offer to buy back shares is drying up since we didn't go anywhere with it, happy to take a discount buy back but I couldn't even get an offer out of him.... I suspect because it is insanely low, so what are the shares really worth since it's nothing anywhere in the realm of the ICO price, which is used to force the valuation abnormally high..

Since I am a share holder and I guess I'll be around its time to understand things in more detail..

I'm having my attorney take a look this week since I explained to him how things look as a share holder, Banx.io's ability for the public to buy at a forced floor, yet private offerings at significantly discounted prices published on the public site. Didn't take long before he couldn't figure out if a plc or Ltd was at play here since it's almost a mix of both... I keep him on retainer because there is always something to do, this is the latest, will see what comes...

I would like to sell 2000 Shares of mine. Am i right that the whole volume is from private investors that are not buying from the market? So how can i sell shares?

Hi Zercrypt,

You can list your shares on Banx.io They will get sold but until we are out of the ICO phase the sale will be a little bit slow.

Hope that helps

Simon
