That's correct. But I think this coin was launched with a GPU miner already available to a select few. I think that was the plan and there is nothing fair about that.

any skilled programmer can add two rounds of hash to the already existing x13 miner, and i don't think it will take much time
but perhaps that hash is just from botnet farm...
