Regarding specifications. I can suggest doing a swap at 1:1000 rate, setting the total number of coins to, let's say, 80 million and doing relatively long POW phase for additional distribution, then switching to POS.
But think on this question: why would people buy a coin if it has premined coins that are concentrated in someone's hands and they could be easily dumped on them? Also, would you kindly clarify, where are these funds came from?

We had a previous DEV that helped us swap the Original beecoin to the current beecoinv2. This swap process was very transparent, but the coinage was increased. The increased coinage was supposed to be used a DEV fund, but these coins are still being held by cryptohunter.
