mux, Please, add opportunity for tenants to include more than one pool for the purpose of reservation, I am tired to receive information that installations don't work. However according to log files of installation worked at my reserve pools, that is the pool of the tenant failed.

Yeah did just that, linked this very page! Shame that it is listed under "Other" category, the "rig offline" has no options for describing the issue but will probably rank higher in their system. Bah!

I seriously hope you get a 100% refund for this. This is a pretty crappy thing for a renter to do.

Let us know how your ticket goes as well. I'd refer to the other guy in it too (you can add more messages) to help explain.

Hello

Is it possible to get a refund of paid BTC when a user scammed people with promised mh/s?

https://www.betarigs.com/user/withdrawal

Offered me 23 MH/s RIG but only reaches 6.2mh/s...

Thanks and regards

What rig is it that you rented? And are you completely sure it was the rig and not your pool? In most cases it's been the pool having problems instead.

It is the x11 23mh rig.

Apparently it is not related to the pool as I tried another one. USA & Europe.

Zero support from that lad until now.

Hoping to get this solved sooner or later  Undecided

This isn't helping at all. Can you link to the rig?

Sorry, and thank your for your time =)

Not a problem!

So, based on the image, you're the first renter. I was hoping it'd show like 30 rentals, 10/10 ratings and everyone loving it (as that makes it much easier to see what's going on). This one's going to be a lot more tricky.

Definitely report this to support. They have the tools to ensure that it's not hashing away at the specified rate. Be sure to bring up that you're the first renter as well. Looking at the image, their hash rate appears to follow the same pattern as mine does locally, but it should still be averaging what they claimed.

I think this site is great but needs a few features.

1. everything that is related to your account management.
changing login password
changing email
etc.
as people mentioned - option to adjust the pools.

Need a powerful rig?  https://www.betarigs.com/rig/5842

What we really need on BetaRigs is an option to add a backup pool/worker/pass.
Especially needed for p2pool nodes or pools with multiple regional servers for backups.  As it is now, when your rented miner is pointed at only a single pool, and you're renting for long durations, you're tempting fate.  Lots of pools have been hit with DDOS attacks and general outages lately.

This would be an excellent feature.  As an operator I try to let users know when I notice their pool drops, but I can't be watching 24/7!
