@alexcrys. You complain when people rate your rigs feedback badly. And when you give people bad feedback when the rig runs at 100% and you ignore all communication from the rig owner you complain too. Either you quit ruining other rig owners reputations or i will ban you from the site.

@mrbodz i have the same problems and u don't care... the same user give-me bad feedback and the ring was runs 100%
 i have bad experience i rent 4.60TH/s i have only 4.02TH/s ...i rent 3.35TH/s i have 3TH/s and the last the same problems
 Want to give it 10/10 for this experience ?  
 u are undestand or u want to spk in arabic ? or u com and ban me with a boomb from a site ?

 are a lot of issues payment is very slowly(wait 7 DAY FOR REFOUND) it is normal for u Huh?  You think you're God and edit feedback people..

Another bug.

I'm trying to write a message to a renter and it doesn't want to send it.

It can not send copied and pasted data from a table from my rig(s) it seems.

Also, again your support has closed an OpEN ticket regarding another crappy rig/owner with no hashing that I asked for a refund yesterday, yet the refund has not gone through.
Tell your support people to stop closing tickets unless they are really closed.

As a support member I want to take this time to explain why I and the others close/Resolve tickets that haven't been refunded yet.

First, is that we no longer have a coinbase which takes us support members out of the position of giving refunds. Instead mrbodz AKA Ahmed is incharge of refunds now. Knowing my good friend ahmed i understand that he is always busy coding or doing whatever it shall be and that he cant always give refunds and a moments notice. What do you expect were human and until we get a system that isn't, Well We will try our best.

Second, We Hit resolve only once your info has been entered into our system. No it may not be refunded but its in there and when ahmed pays its you will get a refund. its not going anywhere. If we kept them open until they are refunded we could have over 100+ tickets open, especially with the BTC Ddos stress test stuff thats slowing the transactions.

We try our best, and there are awesome things to come in BR.

Also, I have a rented rig, but the renter has not entered any info I guess as the rental is paid for, but has not started yet. Does this hold up the queue indefinitely?

Another thing. I rented a rig a few hours ago, and was paid for. I rented it for like 2 weeks. Now it is off my list as 'Never received payment', even though it was confirmed hours ago and was in the green. (Not waiting for confirmation).
I will open a ticket for the lost BTC now, but odd how it got reset and then was rented by someone else, even though on my list it was already confirmed and past the 'Waiting for 1 COnfirmation' Page.

I am aware of that. Its a temporary measure until our own servers come online. (Currently waiting to be setup at the DC)

we have a load balancing proxy on 1 IP which is a proxy to 2 web servers and 3 stratum servers. that was knocked offline (aka haproxy)

EDIT: Brought it all back online now.

Which moron advised you to do it like that? That is super easy to knock down then... If you utilize CF, then you should protect it in a way so nobody can ever learn your webserver IP which means attackers cannot easily DDOS you.
