that's not so simple it's depends from the state of whole Network. you can only calculated for a Moment if all activities are frozen. In the next time-step or after the next Transaction in the Network the result of calculation is an other.

No, what I stated...was that to be eligible to 'stake', a block must contain at least 1,000 BitBeans. This does not mean that a block will automatically receive a reward...but rather it competes with other blocks -in wallets on the network with competing weights. There are a lot of variables that are used and it is not a straight % based reward. BitBean was the first PoS crypto currency to pioneer Static Block rewards.
The best way to get an idea of rewards is to look at existing addresses that are sprouting: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/bitb/#!extraction

I did not know of the coin control option and ive been here from the start 
but thanks the one that spoke out someone should make a screen shot tutorial for those like me ill give 50k beans 2 the first 1 2 do it.

Using coin control is simple 
There you go:
open options panel
check coin control in Display tab
click Ok
Coin control is now enabled in Send Beans section of your wallet
looks pretty much like this, you can have more addresses there, check list mode and see what happens
you can sort the list by columns - use inputs with lowest amount or confirmations
keep checking inputs until the sum is what you want, be aware that more inputs = bigger transfer fee.
copy the amount after fee and click Ok
paste the amount and your BITB address, then hit ok!
Your coins are now in one big chunk =)
There you go:

Here is a post I did a while back, I was under the impression that the current talk was on having an enhanced
function to save the pain of manually doing it.
How to enable POS In Wallet ?
Setting, options, click Display coin control feature. This allows you to reblock your coins.
Settings, unlock wallet (does it for staking only). Check the bottom right of the wallet for the green arrow appearing showing your staking weight.
Wallet must be running to stake and I personally keep my blocks from 6k - 20+k. Coin control is left on automatic whilst staking.
Pre-empting the next question :
Re-blocking your coins
- set your passphrase to something short otherwise lock the wallet.
- Copy your wallet address to the clipboard (receive coins, highlight the wallet address and Copy Address).
- Send coins, tick custom change address and paste your address into the box provided.
- Click inputs.., expand the blocks and mark the one(s) you wish to reblock. OK, paste your address into the pay to box and specify the
amount. Send, blah, blah and wait 10+ seconds to process then repeat this part.
- Reset your passphrase back and unlock the wallet.
Reducing the block size, keep halving the amount. If it's 50k then mark it and send 25k, two block of 25k will get produced. Creating
larger blocks, for example, mark 50k worth of smaller blocks and then send 25k. Again, two 25k blocks should appear.
If you seem to have lost coins check they have not been put into another address in the wallet. Send coins, Inputs..., expand blocks
and click address, if two appear, mark the new one and send the coins back to your prime address.
If still not adding up, Help, Debug window, checkwallet, if it does not pass, repairwallet.
Coins need to be in your wallet for 6 hours before they will mature for staking.

some kind of automation i.e selecting a maximum block size to combined and a desired block size to create.
Staking requires the wallet to be up and running and staking pools offer this function if you don't want to keep your
PC running all the time. The risk involved is that you hand over your coins to a third party therefore trusting the site
is very important.

Right but me and a few other people have been asking about coin control for literally months, why couldn't he simply say the wallet has coin control in it you just have to go into display options and enable it ??

In coinwallet there would be no need for a coin control it just takes your whole balance and sees what proportion of the coins you have and divides up the reward

block reward: 1000 per block
then
24*60*1000=1440000 Bitbeans/ Day
1440000*365= 525600000 Bitbeans/ Year
at 1 satoshi we only need 5.256 btcs for all all the coins issued in a year, it si quite low, i think would be nice some way for increase bitbeans demand like somedice investing site
