This could be a very serious issue and indeed members need to be on a high alert. It's not good news especially for mixer that has been around since 2016 if i remember clearly.
Did you email their support through this: [email protected]? How long ago did you email them?
Provably he already sent a message to the support via email since he already mentioned that on his post and I wonder why they still ignoring him maybe there's something shady already happening here. Better for existing or new to stop using their service while they don't clarify yet or give an answer to the existing issue.

I did a pay anonomously a few hours ago for $4,000. The bitpay never received the payment. Do these guys have an email or do i just reach out to them over private message?

i am having issues with a couple deposits made tonight of under 0.01BTC, i did not know of the limit. they have alot of comfirmations on your end, but did not come through on mine. how do i go about getting my funds back?
Hello, the minimum amount for BTC is 0.001, the mixer will refund deposits below that.
If you deposited after the mixer address expired or didnt received the funds we can refund you manually, send us a PM,

yes the minimum amount will be changed to 0.001 for btc with the next update, for bch the limit will stay 0.01.
we will also update other parts of the mixer to improve it.

Hello, by allowing any amount (up to 8 decimals) the mixer gives maximum flexibility to the user without creating transaction patterns.
An audit would be cool. Since this has been running for years, I'm sure it's likely to work well. But it would be cool to get an audit looking into the strength of the anonymity provided, and the safety of the process for users.

How is it not a transaction pattern if an unspent output loses like 0.5441 Bitcoin, while another gains the same amount? I guess you need to split the payment to multiple outputs?
Not sure if I understood your request well but You can enter up to 10 unique bitcoin addresses separated by commas under the Payout Bitcoin address box.Quote

Wouldn't it improve anonimity if users would only be allowed to send multiples of 0.01?
