Is anyone else getting "no inputs found" after importing private key to electroncash? I know I am syncing with the correct server but my Bcc balance is still 0 after importing and fully syncing please let me know via a dm so I see the reply.
If you used BTC electrum wallet, on each transaction your BTC move to a different address. your private key for that address may be empty before the split.
I think it is best to use seed instead of a private key. you will have all the coins in your wallet regardless which address holds the coins.

It really depends.. I'm also paying the fee to the miners:

In this block over 2,16 BTC were only fee (which on other pools go directly to the pool op's pocket..)
So on top of the usual 12.5 BTC block reward, you also earn the 2.16 BTC making 14.66 BTC ... This is not so easy to calculate because the fees aren't fixed, sometimes they're more, sometimes they're less.
I will definitely mine with you on BCC once difficulty is settled down.

Dont know why they had to go through all the effort to fork BTC when they could have just cloned it and started from scratch. It has the same result in the end anyways. I guess it was 1) to give a profit gift to the wide base of BTC community when they dump and 2) to enable data analysis of moving BCC to expose active corresponding BTC holdings.

For one thing, it was a way to spread out the distribution to a ton of people. Sure, a lot of people will dump most or all, but many people will at least save a little "just in case", so immediately you get a very large user base.
