They are attempting so hard...
Yes, they will "attempt to return", this gives them a get-out-clause to say "Well we tried but...", and probably didn't try too hard.
They also said "Bittrex will make all reasonable attempts to credit our users BTG". Bittrex seem to do a lot of 'attempting', but it's about time they actually did something - still waiting for my BTG from Bittrex.
Withdrew all my Bitcoin from Bittrex as I don't think they will give Segwit2x tokens, even if they say they will.

It is more and more looks like bittrex is screwing with people in countries that are under US sanctions. I wonder if Russian users are next (Crimean in particular)? Those actions should be announced no doubt...I don't know how they are targeting but my account to got locked and are asking for documents. I'd rather let them steal my hundred bucks than selling my identity. Everyone should ditch this exchange.

I have read and copied bittrex terms and conditions I have also made a video on all of their terms. so that if they change them in future, I would know that it has been manipulated and that's not what I have agreed upon while registration.
every body can has their own copy of the terms and you can also make a movie of your account and your coins your deposits and their tx and withdraws and tx. so that if they delete your account you have a document.
in their terms they have mentioned that they can terminate and disable an account without notice but they will return all his coins
