Things too good to be true usually are... except for the guy who bought $27 worth of bitcoin in '09 and is now a millionaire.

That my friends it is called market manipulation!!!

Cryptorush halted the Blackcoin Market and blocked any transactions to do their inside job on the orders!!!

Basically we can't see any coins in our balance because they are playing with our coins that are with open orders and now they are claiming that they need to update the wallet but are waiting for Cryptorush Dev's to wake up (come online).

Another joy day at Cryptorush!!! Last one I had so much fun to watch was the Zeitcoin responsability shakeoff from Cryptorush to Zeitcoin team and vice-versa and we are stll sucking on our thumb waiting for the coins Grin

I have seen dozens of pumps and dumps, and markets manipulated in both directions. I have never seen anyone take the value up that much in one trade, that doesn't make sense. This order seems legit: for Mar 24, 2014, 5:35 am EDT   Bought from Seller   1,000.00000000   0.00050000    0.50000000.

I think everyone selling on Mintpal should start testing higher sell walls, there might be buyers willing to pay.

Dude are you for real?

NO ONE has Blackcoins in their balance even if you see the numbers. Some see it, others don't. The market is halted!!!

When you try to sell you get the following message:

This is inside trading!!!

Of course the order seems legit: for Mar 24, 2014, 5:35 am EDT   Bought from Seller   1,000.00000000   0.00050000    0.50000000.

BECAUSE they are the ones doing it!!!

I have seen this particular issues (from the screencap) multiple times on CR as well - none of them trying to sell BC.  When this happened, I backed out some coins (or partial coins ) from my sale and it went through.  It seems like when you try to sell your whole balance sometimes it doesn't seem to correctly account for fees so it tells you you do not have enough to cover the sale.

I'm not saying that this is the only issue with selling BC on CR right now.  I'm just sharing previous experience and a possible solution...

I down/l and even received coins I hadn't got yet. They might have been from radiostatics last effort.

So try that one one complained about it so far.

I am happily mining at cryptoalts.

But too be fair no-one is really mentioning mining payouts.
CryptoAlts is fairly clear on it.

How many BC multipools we have. Can someone list them please.

edit: http://blackcoinpool.com/ - down for now
http://blackcoinminer.com/

I'm ussing blackcoinpool.com

the front end is down, but my miners are still connected and accepting shares. I assume as long as my miners are doing that, I'm still producing regardless of whether or not the site is down.

The front end looks up to me.  I can check my stats, everything seems working.   20+ gh/s right now on the pool if the starts are to be believed.

Download the new v1.0.5 wallets from the main site only:

http://www.blackcoin.co/

Is there something about the latest blackcoind not working with previous wallet.dat files? Downloaded the last off github today and it throws an error when we try to open our existing wallet with it. Meanwhile the old version is having to run ignoring safemode as of this morning.  Huh

I didn't have that problem. Not on 2 Linux,, not on Windows 8 either.

I've gone to excitement to frustration to ... I dunno. I woke up and looked at blackcoin's price and I was like... "whoa"! Tried to sell and got the errors and stuff. I just need it to be at that price for a few minutes and cryptoworld wont have to worry about me anymore. LOL.

Maybe I'll just pull my coins and put em in my wallet...oh well for dreaming

Hello,

I need a bit of help, I am new to linux.
After, I download the source what are the next steps to get the BC wallet.
Could anyone explain me the steps.

Big thank you...

You'll prob need to get quite a few dependencies before it will compile for you.  Not sure if there's a tutorial for blackcoin, but the dependencies are pretty standard with all wallets,

http://www.reddit.com/r/dogecoin/comments/1tvmnd/dogecoin_on_linux_the_complete_beginners_guide/

step 3 is the main one that should get most of that part out of the way.  For the rest you've either already done it (grabbed source) or would need to adjust directory and filenames to work for blackcoin.
