Hello, good morning, I want to install my chaiode masternode on my windows computer, but at the moment of installing it and placing my IP it marks me that it can not connect,I followed the instructions that appear on the first page, but I think the wallet is more current, then check the page of steemit as there is a publication about it and I see that I did not work, I did not accidentally install my local IP, I do not know if I should modify anything,,  and I would really appreciate it if someone explains in detail how to install my masternode, a greeting and a kiss Tongue Kiss

Can i start masternode if i have balance > then 1000.0? I'm receiving message from deamon:

Code:
chaincoind masternode start
not capable masternode: Could not find suitable coins!

but
chaincoind listtransactions
Code:
[
    {
        "account" : "0",
        "address" : "xxx",
        "category" : "receive",
        "amount" : 1000.39815911,
        "confirmations" : 267,
        "blockhash" : "xxx",
        "blockindex" : 2,
        "blocktime" : 1505561645,
        "txid" : "xxx",
        "walletconflicts" : [
        ],
        "time" : 1505561416,
        "timereceived"
    }
]

You need to have a transaction of exactly 1000 CHC. So tranaction of 1000.39815911 CHC won't work.

Is it possible to run Chaincoin masternode on a windows machine? I dont feel too comfy in the linux world sadly Sad

It is possible but it is much cheaper to run linux vps than windows vps. And linux masternode is very easy to setup there is a step by step tutorial by Fred https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KSWfXdmb48c . There is also a windows tutorial https://steemit.com/chaincoin/@jeffblogs/how-to-host-a-chaincoin-masternode-on-windows .

Is it still worth it to run masternode with its price today. can we pay the fees?

To be honest, not really. Or at least not on it's own...

I am running a CHC and a DAS masternode on the same VPS (2GB memory). And CHC and ARC on an other VPS (same spec)
If you run it together with something, then yes, it worth... But for me, it is rather educational purposes, it take much more time then the money it earns.

It all depends on your cost/mn if your cost is $10/mn then it is not but there are cheaper VPS. My friend for example got his VPS for $15/year on discount last Black Friday. That is like $1.25/month. If he runs two mns that is $0.625/month/mn which is more than profitable. Also rewards will go up 40% after the fork which is in 5 days. It all depends how creative you are Wink
