Wouldn't it be a good idea to have a testnet.chipmixer.com where the users can try out ChipMixer with no real money?

Such an option would not hurt, but I think the whole process is very simple, and I do not remember anyone complaining about the complexity of the procedure. Visit site -> save session token -> generate deposit address -> make a transaction -> wait for confirmation -> c/p private keys or save as voucher.

This was done through Exodus wallet, and when the exchange was taking to long I emailed them and they Pawn you off to "one of their API partners who does the actual exchange" Once I receive the funds back or not, I will then say the exact name and either thank them or Scam accuse them.
Exodus wallet have multiple centralized exchange partners but most notorious one they use is Changelly and they are often time asking for kyc.
Changelly have several scam accusations in forum, but you can never know what exchange Exodus really used.
I would recommend that you stop using Exodus wallet, it may look fine and flashy but it is closed source software and your IP address is recorder by their exchange partners.

Does anyone have an exchange that doesnt treat btc as Non Fungible?
I know that for decentralized exchange Bisq Bitcoin is fungible and you can use it without any kyc verification, or you can use P2P trading websites like Localcryptos.

There is a risk with using any centralized exchange, they can freeze your coins for any reason, but you can always do additional moving of your coins with other coinjoin wallets, or maybe even using Lightning Network.

As of now (since I denied KYC), the companies are saying they will cancel the exchange and refund but how can someone avoid this.
I would take the refund and then take your business elsewhere. Even if you complete KYC, it is unlikely to be enough for them and they will demand more and more information and potentially still deny your trade anyway (or just freeze your coins in the name of "compliance" or some other such nonsense).

Then name and shame this anti-bitcoin exchange so others know to avoid them.

Now a service that I am using to exchange some BTC for a different coin has told me they have history of being involved in Malware and they want KYC. What does Chipmixer/ This community recommend in this case?
I've seen scam accusations against several instant exchangers for keeping user's funds for various reasons, often demanding KYC. To me, this looks like an excuse to keep the money.
My recommendation: if the service has a thread on Bitcointalk, post there. Or open either a Scam Accusation, or topic in Service Discussion about them.

Update: I missed the part where you said they offered a refund.

After all I guess they are not entitled to do the exchange if the coins are high risk?
Yes, of course they can deny you from using their services.

Do you mind saying which exchange is this?

I had some coins paid to me that were previously ran through Chipmixer I was told.

Now a service that I am using to exchange some BTC for a different coin has told me they have history of being involved in Malware and they want KYC. What does Chipmixer/ This community recommend in this case? I have no connection to the origin of these coins but now I am being treated as if I do?

Thank you
Imagine this. You buy a new car. You have paid a lot but car salesman does not give you your car. Instead they tell you that some of the banknotes you have used were previously owned by Morally Wrong People. One of them ate pork. Second one gambled. Third said bad word about our Great Leader. Your money is gone. If you are lucky you will not end up in jail.

If you allow others to dictate how much your assets are worth - you will be tricked. Do not allow others to tell you your Bitcoin is worth only half because they think something happened. Do not allow others to keep your Bitcoin because they say it is not worth anything.
We recommend to not to deal with services that treat Bitcoin as non-fungible.

I totally agree with what you said, Im just seeing if there is a solution to this issue. Guys Please help me out! I am about to lose 1BTC.

I saved two chipmixer vouchers from a mixing I made. I came back after 3 days and redeemed one of the voucher after which I clicked on destroy session without redeeming the second voucher.

I later came back the same day to redeem the remaining voucher but I got a response that the voucher is invalid or already redeemed.
I have sent emails to the team and it has been 48 hours but I have not received any response from the team.

I don't know if the team can see this message but am pleading with you, Please, the bitcoin is a team effort, I own just a little percentage from the total bitcoin and I don't mind giving it up to the team to recover the chips saved on the voucher.

The voucher has a total of 0.952BTC and I am willing to give up 0.32BTC which is my share to the team or anyone that can help me recover the chips, so that I can have my freedom back.

Guys please help me out, I am being hunted because the guys thinks that I have made away with the 1BTC.

Chipmixer Team, Please am begging you to consider me plea, I am a first time user.

Hi Guys!

I just got a reply from the Team and I'm very happy to tell you that the issue is fixed and I got my complete coin back.

Cheers! and more winnings to Chipmixer Team!! Cheesy

If you're so worried that you might make a mistake or get even more nervous then wait for a response from chipmixer, they should reply within another 48 hours and vouchers don't expire.

Do you know the session token for when you made the 1btc voucher from chipmixer? Are you able to redeem that session, skip to step 3 (I think) where your voucher code is presented and copy and paste the voucher into a new chip mixer session?

Do you know how you originally managed to save the voucher, did you use copy and paste or did you write/type it down? That could've caused the discrepancy.

As a final point, don't store more on a fully online wallet than you'll be able to ignore losing. If you're dealing with 1btc and it feels a lot, break it down into 10, then if that still feels a lot, half it still until you get a comfortable size. Fees a low at the moment but even if they weren't, it's not worth the worry of losing a large chunk of funds.

Thank you for your quick response.

I have the session token and I have tried to restore the session several times but on the step 3, the response always show "No Chips Were Withdrawn, Go Back To Step 2"

I copy and pasted the voucher directly into my Windows Sticky Note and Notepad too, if there was any mistake, the session token and the first voucher shouldn't have worked either.

And just to understand it if I transfer to you my Bitcoins you will then give me pre-loaded wallets with the same amount as my deposit?
Yes, you will receive a private-key for each chip (which can be imported on a wallet, such as Electrum).

Just to add to TryNinja's comments, the private keys you receive will have been pre-funded.  You'll get keys that were loaded at some time before your deposit was received by chipmixer.  It's a privacy feature that sets them apart from the competition, in my opinion.

Hi Chipmixer I got confused using your service let's say for example I transfer 0.0054 BTC I will get only 0.005? or 0.0004 on another wallet? And just to understand it if I transfer to you my Bitcoins you will then give me pre-loaded wallets with the same amount as my deposit? That's really nice.
