i just want to follow up my recent mixing im not afraid since im using this chipmixer for 3 years already but this is the first time that it's almost 12 hours and i still not on step 2

i double check the link always and it's correct

the session token and bit address still the same as of now (so i know im safe)

i also check if the BTC address is fresh or not (its fresh)

i always do a video/screen recording while mixing so if they ask for proof i have it

just wanna ask if there is a problem with the system? because its getting longer

i already email [email protected]

Hello

Small amount of deposit transactions get stuck in our system lately. If that happened to you - contact us and we will do manual fix. Proper fix is expected later date.

My transaction got over 20confirmations, I am still stucked on Waiting for confirmed transaction. Please refresh page.
Javascript is enabled, also on step2 it say total chips 0.000
I used service before, but is first time I have problems
This has been solved.

Hey
did you got the funds?
I am having same problem. Is chipmixer still working for anyone??
Its just stuck on "waiting for confirmed transaction" even though transaction got confirmed long ago.
You have either deposited less than minimum or we have not got your email. If it is second case - contact us again.

Make sure you have your sessionID... extend the session if necessary, and contact the ChipMixer support team via their email: [email protected]

It make take one or two days for them to reply to you... but at this stage, other than checking basic things like making sure you are using the correct domains (and not phishing ones), they are likely the only people who can assist with your query.

Making a repost so it gets seen.

I deposited over 24 hours ago on http://chipmixerwzxtzbw.onion

waiting for it but not going to step 2, blockchain shows lots and lots of confirmation and I emailed support and no reply in 24 hours?

My session is time running out, I extended it but I worry it will be lost. please reply soon.

It would probably be better to use a bookmark instead of relying on memorizing links or relying on 3rd party sites give you addresses of businesses that you are sending money to.

Might leave a bit of a trace though in your browsing history compared to some random words written down...

If someone gains access to your computer, they would know you use, or at least access CM’s website. There is a good chance they would know that anyway by looking at the wallet software on the computer plus using blockchain analysis.

Other than the above, I don’t see any downside to using a bookmark. Obviously the upside would be that you pretty much remove the risk of visiting a phishing link.

Jump to step 2. It won't do it automatically because you'll have no script enabled on tor (hopefully).

If you've jumped past step 2 you might have to wait for a reply from them (if you've made a deposit since)..

On a similar note, there is a feature on your website allowing someone to withdraw chips via CM broadcasting a transaction to the address of the user’s choice, however there is no option to allow the user to customize the transaction such as the fee rate.
There are three ways to use withdrawn private keys and this one is the worst - privacy-wise. We do not recommend using it and we are not improving it.
You could give users the choice to emulate various popular wallet software, and could allow for multiple output addresses. If someone normally uses electrum, they could withdraw using an emulated BitPay wallet. Users could also be given the option to be given the signed transaction instead of you broadcasting the transaction so transactions would not be linked back to your known nodes.

If anyone wants a mnemonic to write down/remember for the chars that appear:
Wage Zebra Xray Tropical Zoo Balance Worry

The same link loycev posted has been in my signature since around then and has been used.

It's useful to come back to this topic and see if anythings changed just before you go to use it though - even if it hasn't changed in almost 4 years.

Allow me to quote the real domains:
The post I'm quoting was last edited January 22, 2018. I'll use this post as a reference to leave ChipMixer Neutral feedback confirming the domains. I've left positive feedback years ago already, so now I'm only using Neutral to stand out.

Don't trust my post, or another other non-offical link. Always follow the links to find the quoted post and check the original. They should both have the same links!

Stay vigilant!

@ChipMixer  it has been now soon 24hrs that I deposited  a good amount of coins through your Tor site, and till now I didn't receive my chips!
It's still showing waiting for confimation while it has been confirmed very long. I had sent with high fees!
Meanwhile btc lost already almost 10%.

What is going on  please?
I already sent you an email with the details!

seems there was a bug in the system. all solved. Thanks

Are you going to consider implementing SegWit anytime soon? With transaction fees being high, anyone using your service is going to pay more to withdraw chips as they are all non-SW addresses. I also believe that enough people have started using SegWit so that someone not using SW is a "tell" that might help identify someone as using your service.
Segwit was implemented and tested two years ago. It was disabled due to problems with importing private keys. It could be enabled after some market research.
You should be able to test importing SW private keys with major wallet software, and provide instructions accordingly. IDK the size of your experiment in 2018, or if it was spastically significant.

As mentioned, non-SW transactions could be a ‘tell’ that someone is using CM.
