Are you going to consider implementing SegWit anytime soon? With transaction fees being high, anyone using your service is going to pay more to withdraw chips as they are all non-SW addresses. I also believe that enough people have started using SegWit so that someone not using SW is a "tell" that might help identify someone as using your service.
Segwit was implemented and tested two years ago. It was disabled due to problems with importing private keys. It could be enabled after some market research.

Could somebody explain how vouchers work?
Here's a real usage example:
due to my intent to expose the blockchain data from this transaction, I decided to use an address from ChipMixer.  The address was obtained using ChipMixer voucher codes that I set aside for this potential purpose in November.  I always keep a moderate amount of money in Chip vouchers, just in case I need to do something bad for my privacy.  The money for these vouchers may have been deposited by me anytime in about the past three or four years; thus, any blockchain observer who identifies Chip inputs will not find it feasible to guess which were mine.

Could somebody explain how vouchers work?
If I send 0.55 BTC and get a voucher, how and when it can be used?

Can it be used in any other session?
Is it valid only while the initial session (7 days) valid?
It can be used whenever you like. You can use it immediately, or you can hold on to it for months. Yes, vouchers can be used in other sessions, even after the initial session expires.

Let's say I deposited 0.1 BTC a month ago, and then immediately withdrew a 0.064 chip and kept the other 0.036 as a voucher. Now, a month later, I open a new session. In that new session, I can make a new deposit (let's say I deposit 0.04 BTC) and I can also redeem my old voucher, meaning my new session will have a total balance of 0.076 BTC. I can redeem multiple vouchers and combine their values, and I can leave behind what I don't withdraw in a new voucher to be redeemed in another few weeks or months.

I cant get signed receipt. Says server internal error
Signed receipts are not working correctly and it could take days to fix it

Can you please notify us when signed receipts are working again? I will not use the service until its working.

Be careful guys , I had another issue with the service.
I got a voucher and when I tried to redeem it 10 minutes later on the next transaction I received the following: This voucher is invalid or already redeemed.
I just messaged support, waiting for an answer.

Update: Did anyone had any bad experience in the last days ?

UPDATE - I'm an idiot! I missed the last 2 letters from the voucher code!

chipmixer is behaving weird for me.

i sent 0.0340 and received 0.0330. It does not match increment rules they state.

Depositing 0.1240 BTC will result with 0.124 BTC funds.

anyone know why? Is there a new fee? Nothing wrong with it, but no information on website
I didn't use any merge chips features.

https://bit.ly/387FXHi lightning theory
Is there a chance what you tried to withdraw included a fee?

Nope.

In blockchain explorer the transaction is exactly as i stated 0.0340000, yet i received 0.033

Then I'd send a message to CM's support email listed on their website with your token and txid.

Say an exchange charges 0.0002 for you to transfer your funds so you actually got 0.0338BTC sent.

Unless there is a way to get a new address with out destroying session?
Easy solution: use a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, Tor, pick one). Or use a private browsing window (just make sure to save your session token before depositing (without it, closing a private browser will mean the session is gone). Or remove the browser cookies (once again, make sure you have saved your current session token).

I cant get signed receipt. Says server internal error
Can confirm. I had this error a few days ago and forgot to post it here.

And I need to get that receipt before I destroy the session. I need to destroy session, so I can get new receiving address to move more coins to the mixer. Unless there is a way to get a new address with out destroying session?
