Come on, don't crush the guy. If this thing lasts long enough to make it to Cryptsy (I think that's about 16 minutes), it could hit at .00005 which would make his premine of 200K worth $800.

Unfortunately there are enough "innovative"      coins out there already, and "innovative"    coins under development, the fact is it will not succeed, only BTC and LTC will.

Solo Mining:
1. Start up cloudcoin-qt, wait for it to load, then exit.
2. Put cloudcoin.conf (see sample file above) in your c:/users/**yourcomputername**/Appdata/Roaming/cloudcoin
3. restart cloudcoin-qt, and you should connect and sync.
4. For solo mining, launch cgminer or the mining program you use and begin mining.
      cgminer ex: cgminer.exe --scrypt -o localhost:12345 -u **yourusername** -p **password** (without **)
