Only with weight of 477 coins or so, but a few days go by with my laptop nearly overheating and I finally get a payout of 1 coin.... 1. Yeah, so that was just a big downer. I'm buying another laptop or two just for my staking wallets...
is there such thing as a staking webhost for these types of wallets? I guess it would have to be installed as linux on that side.. dunno.
Main question, does anyone know how many coins you get from an average day or week based on how many coins you have?
Maybe just some examples of what you guys have received in rewards.. bcuz I felt like I should have gotten more than 1... jeezus the electricity alone cost more.
What was worse, it said 2 days, then 1 day, then it went back up to 3 days until rewards would come... then I just shut it off. Pissed. Lame. I got $2000 in there and I get 1 free coin for over a week staking. I got 277 for free from a $300 investment with HOLD interstellar coin.. go figure.
Couple things:
- People use raspberry pi's and VPS' (some online for $5 a month) to stake 24/7. Look into those if you're worried about energy this wallet uses.
- As mentioned a page or two back, you don't have to leave your wallet on 24/7, especially for someone like you whose network weight isn't that big yet. You can close the wallet, let your network weight build and bring it back up in 5-7 days. See where your network weight stands versus the networks weight, if it looks good leave it open for a day or so, if not close it back out and continue to let your network weight build.
- returns should be around 20% and it will be somewhat random. 2 coins a week for you would technically be over 20% for you so anywhere between 1.3-2 coins per week on avg for you is right on par with what you should be expecting anyway generally speaking.
