Depends what you mean by bonuses. If you invest in the ICO you should receive your YUPIES at the most in an hour, but it should be pretty much instant. In regards to bounties, they will be paid at the end of December.

You would share your future revenue through purchasing tokens that would allow you to distribute them for tasks, it would be hard to distribute a product. Although we will be creating a market place where people on our platform will be able to buy your products, so you would be able to sell your products.

Crowdholding is about revenue sharing for feedback, ideas, validation and solving problems. Kickstarter and Patroeon on crowdfund and raise money, there is no co-creation element involved. In time, from our roadmap we allow our Yupie holders in the future to invest using Yupies in shares of revenue of our busineses, followed by purchasing products with Yupies as a sales channel. Our end goal is to create a fully decentralized market place where the crowd runs it. Similar to Wikipedia.

As for me, I think this is an excellent solution, which can significantly increase the chances of getting a hard-cap.

We are extending our ICO to be able to achieve our target of 1 million. We are currently working out the date to extend it to, but the ICO will not be finishing in 4 days. We are also working on changing the landing page to avoid confusion.

We are sharing revenue rather than stocks. We want startups and entrepreneurs to stay in control of their idea and giving out shares will deminish that power. Instead they will pledge revenue meaning that crowdholders will receive payment for their services and the startups will not lose their control. It is a win win for both parties.

The crowd will evaluate ideas and concepts, the best and most insightful comments will get up votes and will receive more of a cut. Comments like "great project" will not be up voted as startups will want to create dialogue and crowdholders will want to co-create with innovative ideas.
