A) So, to control the machines I can use these systems, right?
vpn connect : to check the monitor directly
ssh : to control the pc
B) Is it complex to configure in KopiemTu in opposition to windows ? Is it complex to update the new releases of CCminer?

A)
yep. vpn is only a suggestion if you not connect within the lan.
btw. in KT1.4 is also teamviewer integrated.
B)
if you could make different miner.bat's in windows... you could make the .confs in linux as well.
its a little more complex to update the ccminer... in windows you just have to wait that somebody compile the stuff
in linux you could do this with a few commands in the shell by yourself (as th00ber discribed).

I have a easier solution. I just do a redirection of port in my internet router, so I can access my rig with my public IP (or my no-ip address).
I can acces my custom monitor page on my smartphone to easily check the perf (http://th00ber.no-ip.biz:8081/rigstat.html) and even control my rig on my smartphone with an android SSH app, I don't need to be on LAN for this.
But be sure to have a strong password in the linux ... just in case, because you will open the SSH of your RIG

easier but not as secure as a vpn connect. everybody has to decide how much security is nessecary for themself.
but to use vpn you have not to be a wizard anymore... and it only takes one click more on the iphone to connect with.

now about amd adventage, as I said previously with the renting rig, it doesn't really matter if they have 5G or 4...
currently my "optimized" sgminer is doing around 5.5 on my R9 290x while ccminer is doing 7.7MHash/s on the 780ti
what he meant was sg already have windows binary ready and ccminer doesn't have any windows binary ready at launch.

Djm have you heard anything about the fresh algo you submitted for testing?
it works, it was tested this afternoon, I even found out why my binaries wasn't working (and some other bug, non lethal one) with some older cards (I was compiling only for compute_35... and if you don't use some compute_30 card remove it... it increases a lot compilation time). I am not supposed to give the binaries before freshcoin dev (I want my 1500 fresh...
because I don't think I will be able to get any blocks at all... with the renting rig stuff... )Hey you can pm me it

So, I figured I'd try out KopiemTu. Booted it all up fine, got to the desktop and I find that the keyboard and mouse don't work. I've tried two generic pairs of keyboards and mice in different USB ports and nothing seems to work. Any ideas of what's causing this?

Before I wasted lot of hashes with not having failover support using windows. Now I ran those rigs for weeks without any reboot.
I could go for a vacation and see if everything is fine with your http monitor (via vpn connect)... and switch the algos with via ssh.

To have the new ccminer, in 90% of the case, you have just to open a terminal,
cd /opt/miners
git clone "url_of_the_github"
cd ccminer_that_I_just_download
./autogen.sh
./configure
make
... wait ...
run

Question for you guys who also have the 750 Ti's.
I tend to change my compiles to Compute 50, and leave out the Compute 30, & Compute 35. Does anyone else do this? Is there any benefit or negative in doing so?
does it require cuda 6.0 ? I tend to change my compiles to Compute 50, and leave out the Compute 30, & Compute 35. Does anyone else do this? Is there any benefit or negative in doing so?
I use CUDA 6, but it should work on CUDA 5.5
Btw, compiling FRESH now, very nice one indeed sir!
