I updated my signature but I don't see a difference between Sr, Hero and Legendary. Is this by design?

I've been a "member" for some time now, but don't see any option to update my avatar. Is that reserved for higher ranks like "full member" etc?

To be honest, I do not even know the meaning of dev in this statement. I just changed my alphabet to match my rank member.

Just a heads up you still have xxx in parts of your signature I think it's 3 or 4 places you have to add your ID..
