The State Duma banned VPN, TOR and anonymous instant messengers, Prohibiting the use of anonymizers in the territory of the Russian Federation. The ban includes services that allow you to view sites that are prohibited in the country. Also, a law was passed that completely forbids anonymity in instant messengers. https://twitter.com/bit_novosti/status/888387744480862208

This is how it will affect the Russian users of the wallet?

Thank you guys, now TOR is connected.
First time trying a coin with TOR. Can my real IP address be detected cause wallet connects first without TOR?
It is natively integrated with the TOR network and always starts with TOR network.

I would also like to buy some onion-s, can trade for some other coins or something...

Im very happy with airdrop, hope it continue same way.

As for mining with GPU... not worth it, difficulty is to much right now, as people mine with asic-s.

Try to mine some other coin and then buy with that onion-s.

You could buy asic(s) to mine onoins, then again for the same money you can just as well just buy onions in stead of buying the asicminer, saves you the hassel  Cheesy

The TOR icon in my wallet is always gray. Do i need to install TOR software to connect through TOR or is it built-in to the client?

No, I don't think so dude, I havn't installed anything and it says it is connected in my wallet. Maybe it has to do with your OS? Are you running windows 10/7/Linux or something else?

Icon turns green at my end.

built-in to the client. Sometime it takes little more time to see icon on.

People sold their Bitcoin holdings for a few dollars back in the day, just imagine how much money they threw away by not waiting it out a few years. Don't make the same mistakes those guys made. Don't sell your onions to cheaply, you might regret it later.

So why are you selling if you thing that the price is gonna be so much higher tomorrow? Are you that poor that are already trying to sell your coins for 5 $ dollars :O

Scientists have conducted test with people that shows many would rather take a much smaller goody at once, rather than have to wait for a much bigger reward in the future. Strange stuff and NOT very rational if you ask me.

Airdrop over?

Not sure if i got the Coins, because im Mining and got to much Transactions... 788 Onions for Sr?

Cheers

Yes it's over and onions in the pocket.

I'm in the same situation but I separate mining address and airdrop address -> to avoid accidentally breaking the 90% rule.

Don't think you will break the 90% rule by sending the mined coins from a pool to the same wallet. Airdrop script knows how to differenciate between the two types. You could send a pm to the devs. if your unsure about this.

ok, started mining on two 1080 cards and getting ~24Mhs
what hashrate would be suitible for solo mining more? and how many developers are working on your project (just curious)
hoping to make some profits in  a couple of months, so really wanna make sure that developments are being done and that there is at least 3 devs on the team

thank you in advance for your answers

I think the devteam answered this further back in the thread, i do realise it is a massive thread to read trough though, so i can fully understand if you missed those comments.

If my memory serves me correctly there were at least 4 actively on the team, maybe more.
