How often is the Masternode reward paid? once per hour, once a day?
How many hours will the first reward come?

I have setup masternode to work in cold wallet style in a Linux VPS.
My matster node acctive times is 3hrs,but no receive transactions.
How often does masternode receive rewards?
one other thing.
I fill the digitalprice.conf in my VPS as below:
rpcuser=SomeRandomString

If you mean 1 ip per masternode, then no. You can host multiple masternodes per ip

are the coins on novaexchange the swapped one? or still the old version
old. you can buy the v2 on bleutrade as DP2, but being that the swap process is so simple, you shouldn't feel the need to buy v2 coins.
