yes in democratic systems each person have one vote
no in company like structures thats not the case
importance and ownership of company shares is what give a voice weight
company shares in our case are DMD u own
importance in our case is what u able to contribute to support DMD
who own no/low DMD
who contribute no/low
have a voice with weight no/low
simple is beautiful
