I think a lot of the questions will be answered at the upcoming live event in the next few hours. There wil be some major announcements from the dopecoin dev team. I think they will also have some surprises for us. Watch this coin close, even 4/20 is coming soon.

1) No premined coins. There was a coin swap and burn to a new blockchain at the start of 2017
2) Currently no plans for Binance. Listing cost is outrageous but who knows... there is supposed to be a major dev update coming on saturday 3/31.
3) Dope is currently global... no need to wait. The issue is that cannabis is not global and that will be a deterring factor for adoption.
