Does everybody have to be updated to the last 3.0.0.3 clients or 3.0.0.1 and 3.0.0.2 will also work during the super stake period?
They will all work, but 3.0.0.0 and 3.0.0.1 have a display bug and 3.0.0.2 fixes that, 3.0.0.3 fixes seednodes.

All my coins were purchased on bittrex anyone have a link to the old wallet so i can get a private key? and the new wallet isnt syncing for me

As per OP:
POW stops after 1 week at block 20160
We then have a SUPER HIGH WEEK of interest from 20161 to 40321
Also remember we have the multipool if you want to point to that and get more dope, we'll also be adding bonus payments

Remember you need to have your wallet open and unlocked for staking in the super high week to get 2% per day, if you open it after the week ends, you only get the normal 10% per year rate.
Should the wallet be opened 24/7, once a day is not enough?It depends how many inputs you have, once a day is enough, but the more the better to maximize your chances in staking.
