Difficulty problem come from multipools mostly from trademybit. Now most multipools are not mining most profitable coins... Share hash rate is stable. Transaction time? I don't know what You mean because all my transactions are received and confirmed in about 10s. Pools have own transaction time. They can make Payouts random. And about pools: If You know some informations on Pools are not valid, like DOPE/USD Your hash rate sometimes is not valid on pool, some pools have notes that Your miner show valid Rates.
