Yeah, people tend trust you more when you show you face in real life too. It makes the project more real and gives it character imho.

Yes, as far as I understood they going to try to raise 21 million Euro in total (of which they already got around 5.5 million?). Since they will be focusing on short-stay lets, I assume they'll share part of their profits with token holders.

But the STO will be in Q2 2019, so there is still plenty of time left. I am sure we'll get more information once we get closer to the start of the STO.

$21 million is a huge success in this bear market no matter how they collected it. Fiat is probably the safer alternative right now.

What is the pegged price of eth? Right now it is around 150$ and was worth 80$ at some point.

But considering the time of private sale start it may be around 300-500$

that would be awesome, but don't get your hopes up just yet. it may just be a rally.

Thats a huge step forward and i think now is the right time to do this since crypto market is recovering and real estate business is still growing. I can imagine you are putting a huge focus to your first STO because it will be a great marketing boost.

Sounds like you have some... reservations about companies registered in Malta?

I did some googling and it turns out Malta is pioneering security token regulations, something I was not aware of. I do know Malta for being crypto friendly of course, especially since Binance moved there so it should not have come as a total surprise.

Malta could be a haven for crypto projects but I'm afraid the U.S. might interfere with some of them if they feel some of their regulations were violated and will exert efforts to make the project members answerable to them since Malta has an exiting extradition treaty with the U.S. Imho.

the goal of the US is to have control like that all over the world. so projects will have to comply with US rules.

That is also what I have in my mind but since this is a real project in contrast to scam projects, there is no worry to the community since all we have to do is abide certain regulations in order to avoid future issues that may arise.

Practically USA laws regulate almost the whole world, except for a few countries. But the laws in these other countries are often even worse than American laws. Or there may actually be just lawlessness. So Malta is a good choice.

Yes of course. In bull markets when there is a large amount of money flowing into the market and people get so much profit, there will always be an inner urge to invest more and multiply their profits.
