It's shame that the community manager isn't really active here anymore, there are a lot of questions and doubt unanswered here, am I right?
Do they have a community manager? Really? I haven't seen him around here at all. It would be really good to get answers to the most important questions that are keep turning up here in the thread. Like more details about the token sale and private sale.
I am not sure if there is a community manager or not but someone from the team was actively answering the user queries but, now everyone seems to be quiet.
Last post from "DuskNetwork" is from 12.12.2018, so maybe he is busy.
I can only say it was one of the most active and experienced community manager I saw in my history of bitcointalk, so don't judge to fast.

Not many projects look very promising to me these days. I'm focusing my interest on Privacy related projects and of course enterprise level blockchains.
Have you looked into Enigma yet?

the value of eth is slowly resuming, however, i would expect that its value reaches 200 $ and then maybe i would think to invest obviously the first choice will be dusk...
Wouldn't it make more sense to invest while the price is low? Well relatively low anyway, but the lowest for a long time now.
It depends on the circumstances, investing the ETH bought for twice what it is now would not be an advantage, but I acquired ETH at a low price, this makes the investment viable, or also for those who acquired ETH at a low price and had some gain

Well, if he already bought his Ether a few days ago with fiat and if he thinks now that ETH might go up to 200 USD it would make of course sense to wait. But this contains a lot of assumptions.

I bet this is the ideal time to invest into this project now that ETH is much affordable as compared to previous months price and this could generate very good ROI in a matter of months once its platform has been released. But we must ways remember to invest only at we can afford to lose since investing is risk taking.Imho.
Its hard to believe how affordable is ETH now in comparison to one year back yes. U might be right, if the trend turns upwards this would be a great time for them to raise money in ETH.
we really don't know when this bear market will end, it can be worth 10X then today or even less. If it turns bull they will have a nice amount of money
It's really hard to imagine that the number 2 coin in the world has lost 90% of its former value. I believe in another year it will be much higher than today and DUSK as well.

I noticed a difference after the DUSK sale on EthFinex, which seems to have been a failure if the numbers are correct: raised only $53,720 of $1 million. Even though it should not have made an impact on DUSK fundraising, because EthFinex already bought their tokens from the team. After the end of the sale I have only seen their communication manager post links to their interviews.
So the great part of the token which were supposed to be sold did not find any acquirer among private one. I dont know if this is a good thing or bad.

But i know one thing for sure, it wasn't 80-90$
I believe ETH stopped being 1000 USD early February

Maybe it's their way of trying to be more compliant? Even though 25 ETH hardly qualifies as an accredit investor
I don't think is enough to have a certain quantity of cash to be considered accredited, in here there is a basic explanation of the concept https://www.investopedia.com/terms/a/accreditedinvestor.asp
I think its a matter of fact that most investors prefer not to divulge their identities especially in crypto markets who I dont see any reason why an accreditation would be needed as such.
No one WANTS to divulge their IDs, but the accredited investor thing is because projects want to comply with the law.

unfortunately for me also 25 eth are so many to invest, the project is interesting and i think it will be successful, i think i will buy tokens at the end of the ico when they will be listed on some exchange...
For me as well, 25 eth are still quite an amount of money..., perhaps when the token hits an exchange i'll buy some if the price is good
In fact 25 ETH not big amount with this current ETH price.This is just around 2k usd. But may be in this ber market this is really big amount...
In fact the People who bought ETH around $ 1000 or more, had their value reduced by up to 80/90%. Investing this value now for many would be a loss, but one can recover value by investing in promising projects like Dusk, for sure. I prefer to play them to financing now than to expect valuation from ETH and see them disappear, maybe
