I'm mining solo with 5 mh rig for more than 1 hour and still 0 blocks found. Is that ok?
Also, does "rpcport" in wallet conf make sense? I use prcport = 12555, is it a big problem?

Tried to transfer coins from PMtocoins to Poloniex an hour ago. PMto says pending, block explorer has no record of transaction.

If says pending, then its not transferred yet. About the exchange, the owner sounds like a good guy, but yes they have some problems.
Shouldn't a pending transaction show up in the block explorer as long as it has a transaction ID?
I don't think so, "pending" means that the transfer it's not started yet, at least in this exchange IMO.
