I can't get my wallet to sync either, but my understanding was that we're still waiting for the next release to address these problems?
that was my understanding too, i didn't see any post in here telling us that there's a new wallet.I downloaded the newest wallet now and it's still not working , getting : Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:19119

yes, because the wallet is not syncing...Why your wallet is not syncing? Do you have the latest wallet? Older wallets are excluded from the blockchain.

can not say for sure but coinexchange wallet is still on maintenance mode. I made a tx from the wallet to the exchange and it took more than a week to be visible, surely is the same issue from to exchange to the wallet. Wouldn´t trust either on blockexplorer of blockexperts as is not working properly in my opinion.
Also, my wallet is not syncing anymore today, I would suggest to wait till team release new wallet.

Any infos when we can withdraw our ECC from coinexchange to the wallet?
we are currently working on and uploading the wallets to the website for download. OSX is giving us a lot of trouble as usual.
