We have angel investors as ARK co-founder and slovenian government in pre-seed stage. Recently we were awarded with the state tender to solve growing problem of freelancers. The reason why we dont go to classic pre-ico is because ECTA PAY tokens should be available to everyone on equal basis and to keep the value of token strong after ICO. We were offered to sell huge portion of our tokens to private investors prior to crowdsale.
