Coin looks ok but the above ICO pricing is a joke. You are out of your ****ing mind with the ICO price increases.
Even at a flat rate of 25 sats with a minimum .10 purchase this is a huge risk for a coin released by an unknown. This looks and sounds like a money grab.

I totally disagree with your statement. 15 BTC for 20% of a coin, that is 75 BTC in total, there are coins with a ICO of 500 BTC!!! And most likely the total will be less then 100,000,000 coins because of POS. POS start always before POW ends, look at ICB for example, estimate was 6,250,000 coins and the real value was 28% less, so if this is also the case then you are talking about 30% for 15 BTC or a total value around 50BTC, there are a lot of coins more expensive then 50 BTC, fully mined.

It will have a IPO amount of 5BTC (as that seems to be the average on IPOs), it hits a exchange at launch, and maybe it is bittrex. IPO investors will take 100% and more, it will trade above IPO price for 2 days before it starts dropping. IPO investors are the winners, exchanges too, and people that rent a rig for money will only start earning money after day 3 or 4.
