Yes. I agree. Now Poloniex is saying: "Temporarily Disabled". That it might be a sign for M2 was more out of the thought that if transactions would generally be working, but no withdrawals and deposits on exchanges, that they maybe already got new software from Factom to be prepared. But that was more loud thinking - or wishful thinking. ;-)

Oh really? I raised my withdrawal with support before, and they said they can't see anything wrong.
Like you said, it could be a sign, but i really have my doubts and polo support made no mention of an m2 switchover happening, it's all a bit strange, i'll send an email to Michael Beam and Brian just in case.

FACTOMS twitter background has changed over the last 24 hrs....hmm. A clue?

Hello.
We're trying to setup FCT at our Exchange and experience some problems. We have sent test transactions at Poloniex and Bittrex and neither of them received these transactions. But transactions are in blockchain. Then we've tried to send FCT transaction from Bittrex to Poloniex and viceversa with no success too. So, we would like to ask FCT community for help. Could you perform the test and send FCT transaction from one Exchange to another, will it be credited to your account?

I tried to send myself a tiny amount from Polo. Two times: "Complete: Error".

I have no clue what's going on but in best case it could even be a sign for M2. Maybe both exchanges have to implement new binaries or something like that before M2 will be released. But, just brainstorming what's going on here - could be wrong of course.

Factom-Status: http://factomstatus.com --> also no connection.

Put through a transaction from polo to my wallet over an hour ago, polo says confirmed with txid, nothing appearing in wallet or explorer.

Last factoid transaction on explorer nearly 7 hours ago, usually can find at least one per hour. What's going on?

M2 is coming along sometime yes, but would they pause all transactions without notice? I think there's an actual problem here.

Also, factomstatus.com needs you to be running factomd for it show anything. Everything seems to be running on the network, but factoid transactions are MIA

Im just glad I have the opportunity to scoop these up under 800k...just look at the chart. No brainer buys for me.

I will be holding for 6-12 months and see where this takes me.

Yeah, I originally had a string of sell orders b/t .012 and .02, hoping to sell a peak and re-buy later, but I've pulled all those as I really have no idea where the post-M2 ceiling is.

Thanks for hypothesis. Is it possible to get an answer in this thread from official developers?

Prepare for M2 implementation and stand by for dev.

FCT is by FAR the most UNDERVALUED coin on Poloniex right now. It was shadowed by XMR but its time to shine is coming near.

hmm fct this coin USA government invest in? dhs.gov/science-and-technology/news/2016/06/17/st-awards-199k-austin-based-factom-inc-iot-systems-security this is true info? - XMR is better coin im think more like BTC.
How many FCT is total supply? - each day / week  / month - how many FCT make per year and month?

This could have good implications all around but I have to look more.

Right now FCT has 0% inflation. This coin will be a powerhouse soon... It will get the attention it deserves when the time is right. Milestone 2 is currently in the works. Milestone 2 will have a couple of major components.

First will be the deployment of a Entry Credit store, where users can buy Entry Credits (basically access to the protocol) without touching any sort of tradable token. FACTOM EC Store will be brilliant to drive mainstream adoption. Institutions will not have to deal with crypto to start using FACTOM. This will accelerate adoption IMO. The entry credit store will be BURNING FACTOIDS in the background and the end user will have no idea. They will just be buying their entry credits. Factom is 0% inflationary until M3. So once M2 comes out it should theoretically drive the demand of FACTOIDS up because more Entry Credits will be used.... The second will be the release of the consensus algorithm during M2, the software supporting distributed processing of the Factom protocol.  The price should start to reflect this on the way up to M3. The price will reflect how much the NETWORK is being USED

(@Milestone3)
This is why Factoids will have tons of value in the years to come...when the protocol has the target 32 federated servers, there will be major incentives to run a Factom server. Once the protocol is being run on the 32 federated servers (along with an additional 32 audit servers), then about 73,000 factoids will be created per year and paid to those servers. Forever.

This is a great summary IMO—thank you. A couple small points: Technically Factom will have 0% inflation until M3, but because FCT are being burned beforehand, the supply is actually decreasing ... which implies a deflationary model.

Also as Ardia wrote, 73k FCT will be created per month with M3, so: 876k per year. Anyway, small points—looking forward to the next couple weeks aka Countdown to M2.
