I'm afraid we couldn't help you here.
We don't store passwords only hashes(with salts). So even if our base will be compromissed nobody cant get access to your balance.
Probably you have same password here and on another crypto-related sites, and their bases were compromised.
Please change your password, it may help too.

About two-factor authorisation - we are working on it, but i'm not sure when it will be ready.

Here goes an idea for you.
Now that 84 coin [84] is gaining some traction as it added a website and a pool recently and has already had over 8k blocks mined... maybe add it to your exchange.

Only 84 coins will ever be minted so there is a chance that it will have some value.
Maybe you could be the first to pick up on some action.

Just a thought.

Also, if you somehow experiencing such a problem (trans confirmed, adress correct, but no balance) - you can go to ACCOUNT-BALANCES-MISSING DEPOSIT case, where you can check your transaction ID/coin pair for existance.
