It is a new and unique crypto that rewards miners for performing scientific calculations that have real world use...like curing cancer for instance. It is quite different so here are the instructions on how to integrate it. Shouldn't be very difficult:

ACCOUNT-BALANCES-MISSING DEPOSIT, where you should type transaction id and short coin name (for example LTC for litecoin)
If there is such transaction in our base, but still somehow balance isn't added - it will show up there.
If there is no such transaction - then check your wallet, and if there is one - create support ticket on site.
