If a new user enters a site equipped with Gath3r miner - how will he get his profit if he is not registered and no one knows who it is?
I see a rather extensive list of countries on the ICOBench that are prohibited from taking part in investing ... why? Due to disagreements in legislation?

Any owner of a website or application can make direct profit from mining. The owners have the option to distribute their earnings between their users who have mined (through the Loyalty Program, completely at their discretion) , which allows for the privileges to be shared. The same question can be asked about how does a user profit from their data being collected and shared by big tech companies? It's all about supporting the publishers in the end, and we believe that done in a transparent and safe manner, the possibility of donating some spare processing power directly to webmasters beats having your personal data collected and shared without your knowledge by third parties.
By the way, quite an innovative idea, even though you are talking about the existence of competitors. I understand that you have some advantages?

Yes, the miner requires explicit user consent to work. The next part depends on how the website has implemented Gath3r, we currently offer an opt-in model, if the user clicks X or no, they browse the website and are asked to opt in the next time they visit, similar to cookies. We are working to offer an Opt-out model, where if the user clicks no they would be re-directed to post explaining why the website is using Gath3r and how it earns money from Gath3r. The redirect would be in place for both the opt-out and opt-in model.
Hmm, that's interesting enough. And what are the prospects for the owner of the site or application? I understand that it depends on the attendance and popularity of the resource, but will it really be tangible earnings?
While it does depend of the traffic on the website or application, it also depends on the traffic type, total traffic, session duration, and coin being mined. On average we can provide anywhere from 60% - 120% as compared to ads with the same metrics, so we do believe you can earn tangible earnings.
