Dividends are distributed in USD or USDT because they are more stable as compared to crypto currency. GlobalREIT is for those looking for "stable" monthly income, hence the USD/USDT payout option.

The REIT management will decide on behalf of the token holders when to exit properties. It will be done through the decision of an investment committee with in the REIT team
The monthly dividend will only be for those who have tokens in the REIT wallet, if you have tokens in exchanges, these users will not have part of these dividends?
