"I’m here, no worries to answer now.

Yes asset is secured. We will post related legal documents in the system in due course once it’s live. So all is going as planned.

We are testing the system now and are working to get the first distribution done as planned in this month and get all subscribers on the platform also.

Yes, the team released the final statement on July 8th in this Medium article saying:

GlobalReit.io team didn't raise funds solely by ETH. Bitcoin & Wire transfer was accepted as well.

Moreover, if you've read the Whitepaper, you would know that the funds rasied are going to the company contributing the first asset which is the hotel located located on the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah.

The funds were never going to be held to be used over time so it's not unusual that the addresses are empty.
