Global Reit is a unique platform that intends to expand business in real estate. It will be interesting to observe and participate in the development of the project, since the ideas described in white paper are simply surprising. I look forward to the launch of this platform.

No worries. This is a more complex  ICO than most and difficult to compute. Logically the two tokens could trade on different exchanges or not at all. Each has quite different appeal
Road map says second asset will be bought in August. Is that still on track? Is it CBRE or Cluttons doing that valuation report?

Will there be an update about regulatory issues & resolutions during the platform release?  Other REIT ICOs have crashed and burned because the platform couldn't get off the ground due to regulatory issues. It will be good to know how Global REIT will manage such issues.

I can imagine. As well the CEO will get questions live that may be different from the SM channels. IMHO Ali T should update the website etc to help project move to next stage. 8% looks like a great number so will attract attention. At the moment it is difficult to confirm details. For example hotel operator mentioned in chat as Kempinski affiliate so why not give a link?

GlobalREIT is the is a blockchain-based REIT that works on the same mechanism as a tradition REIT but with some added features. GRET and GREM are GlobalREIT's two utility tokens. Here is a quick run-down of GlobalREIT's dividend structure:

Here's an overview of how Global REIT's dividend plan operates:
The GREM token is related to the Global REIT Fund Manager, while the GRET token is related to the assets.

Both are considered utility tokens as they will give access to all Assets Under Management (AUM) of Global REIT and a different range of utility options, depending on the quantity owned.

The income of GREM Token holders will initially start at 2% of AUM and will reduce by 0.25 % annually over the first  three years stabilising at 1.25% thereon. This income is before any expenses related to operations are incurred.

GRET has its first asset secured at 8% p.a. on its 1st acquired asset as dividend.  GRET tokens will allow token holders to receive promotions and discounts at the AUM. In the  future the REIT will acquire more assets and so the utility will increase also along with.

For GREM tokens, the utility is  when the REIT is acquiring an asset, the asset contributor will need to hold a certain minimum quantity (100,000  GREM)  of tokens in order to contribute an asset to the REIT.
