I will put some money on a pump group that will pump GRID llke they pump BTCRY 
They are all waiting to add more and more coins. Also only 10M coins are still on Trex, so that means that 20M are in wallets and running masternodes, so that also means that there is already a lot of coins being bought back by DEV.
All those big +3M accounts, those weren't dumped on the market, but they move it to the wallets so that it looks like it was dumped and create panic as people are looking at the distribution list, so i think a pump is pretty close. Never see GRID at 10000sats again, but 1000sats should be possible. Certainly if dev holds the other 20M coins in wallet(s)
