You have a point but pumps and dump are usual in Cryptocurrency although investors would not like HKN to be dump.

Well for a Traders perspective they don't want to lose pumps & dumps so they can always buy low and sell high on the market.

Still, the ICO didn't allow us to buy those token it will allow us to but from Oct 31st. So we have to wait and buy them and hold it for the long term because they mentioned in the road every time they are going to burn 15% of the coin, so the value of the coin will increase for sure.

probably higher value. yes it is closed for the other supporters to buy the token. the softcap was reached lets just wait for the proper ico to occur then hold till the value will increase
