Looks like it's 3 to 4 coins every 2 minutes. PoW blocks are always 5 coins each, PoS are between 1 and 5 coins each.

Can anyone tell me which pool has all the hashrate for this coin, all the ones I've looked at at nearly empty, and only finding coins like once a day or something?

It's up to you guys which pool you choose to mine but I don't understand the advantage of mining this coin to an autotrading pool like zpool... It took around 2 weeks to receive 5 HAL, they don't bother to list the coin openly... At the same time, Altminer.net gives steady payouts & perfect tracking stats. I just surpassed 100 HAL mined and paid there (in the same amount of time zpool made their 5 HAL payment) Good algo, good pool, good coin = Happy miner!! (I would recommend Altminer to be also listed on the OP)

i let the wallet fully sync and its still saying Out of Sync any idea? thanks
I have the same problem. There are connections to the network, but there is no complete synchronization. The green bar at the bottom of the wallet periodically appears and disappears. ((

zpool is designed to pay out in BTC, so they go through an exchange process. If they can't exchange to enough HAL or any other coin, you have to wait... and wait... until enough HAL has been mined to clear their minimum BTC conversion, whatever that is.
Altminer on the other hand will pay mined coins directly to your wallet every 2 hours.

i think its working the stats i get from the miner are :
