You are asking for listing on exchanges which usually happens after the sale is completed.Most of the ETH tokens are first listed on etherdelta,so you can trade your tokens for ETH.

I believe concept is not same as centra, monaco and others. Beluga making not just a crypto card, but mobile pay station. It would be more useful for traders, not for buyers.

Why is it a privacy restriction? If I were a business that accepts Beluga Pay the only thing it means is that I accept a wider range of payment options it's not something negative at all it should be positive it's advertising for my business and also for Beluga. I wish you would disclose more merchants otherwise it feels shady
