Our project is now in the development, so we can't claim whether or not there will be any double-authentication procedures, but we can ensure you that CRYSTALS runs a unique double-authorization payment system based on the CRYSTALS token (CRS) that allows customers to pay securely, privately, and quickly for all services listed in the CRYSTALS ecosystem.

Double-authorization protocol includes the following two steps:
The first is searching and booking. Then your funds are blocked until further confirmation. If you refuse then your funds will be defrosted and you will be able to get it back. So, you will not lose your money if you refuse from services on this stage.
The second step provides transaction confirmation through smartphone. Then funds are successfully transferred to the performer’s account.

Will you use any double-authentication procedures on your platform? It's when password is not enough to entry account and you have to proof your identity with other, additional ways, for example, by SMS-code or Google Authenticator mobile app.

Actually, upon the meeting, service performer has the right to a final decision. If everything is confirmed, a service provider will need to ask a client to confirm the transaction through his mobile app by simply pressing the button.
